Happy Halloween!! We hope you had a safe and fun Halloween with lots of Candy!

Thanksgiving and Galiano(again!)

We just got back from Galiano again, but this time we stayed at a different friend's house. We had lots of fun even though we had less time. We explored the rocks down by the beach, around the yard, and up and down the road. We saw a deer, a feral cat, lots of birds, seals, starfish, a dead seal, a dead raven, sea anenomes, crabs, fish and raccoon prints on the back deck. Since it was the Thanksgiving weekend we had a Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday and it was really good. We hope we get invited back soon!

Vesa

Last Tuesday we had a new horse move into our barn named Vesa. She is a beautiful black mare but her face is half grey. She is an andalusian which is a very fancy breed of horse. Vesa is only 4 so she is still quite young and she is really friendly and characteristic. Whenever I pat her she always nuzzles me and she seems to really like attention. We are all glad that she now lives in our barn.
